Seller
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Barcoe on the go ("we", "us", "our"). Shore Find is the service operated by Barcoe on the go. References to "Shore Find" in these terms refer to the service provided by Barcoe on the go.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Shore Find, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms with Barcoe on the go. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
Shore Find provides a fossil identification field guide and a personal collection journal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Account & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, security interference, or scraping.
Intellectual property
Shore Find retains ownership of the app, its software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
Disclaimer
Fossil identifications provided by the app are guidance only and should be verified independently. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
